The Toughest 8km Trail Race In Canada!!

A celebration of spring. A quad-crushing cruise around the upper Capilano Canyon, primarily on the west side of Cleveland Dam. If you are unfamiliar with this trail system you will most certainly be surprised at the beauty and challenge of the Cap Canyon network. Your legs might not like us but given a clear day your eyes will be continually darting between the terrain underfoot, the river to your side, and the scenery overhead as The Lions tower up above our start/finish line.


Some quick math as to how challenging this course really is; it would translate to a 10,000ft 50k, a 16,000ft 50m and a 32,000ft 100m race course! This is NOT for the faint of heart.
