This is explicitly stated in the registration process. If you have already registered for one of our events, you've already signed off on this.

We cannot process refunds. We are a small events company, there are two of us. Our service provider has no means of processing refunds and neither do we. We love our runners and want to accommodate wherever possible, so we offer the following deferral policies. 

Bibs are not transferrable to another runner under any circumstances.

If you cannot race an event and you let us know more than thirty days out, we can arrange a 100% deferral of fees, towards another NOT YET SOLD OUT, CMTS event. The deferral is only applicable for one calendar year from the time you contact us. What this means is that the race entry can be deferred to any OTHER race, but not the same race one year later.

If you notify us within 30 to 14 days of the event, we can arrange a 50% deferral of race fees, towards another NOT YET SOLD OUT, CMTS event. The deferral is only applicable for one calendar year from the time you contact us. What this means is that the race entry can be deferred to any OTHER race, but not the same race one year later.

Within two weeks of race day. No refunds. No deferral. No exceptions.
